In Portland, there is a Buffalo Exchange in Downtown, and in the Hawthorne neighborhood.

Buffalo Exchange, like Crossroads, is a place for customers to both buy and sell. Come in with your clothes at any time Buffalo is open, no appointment necessary. Make sure you have your ID, or if you are under 18, have an adult with you. Once they go through your clothes, you will get 30% of their selling price in cash, or 50% in-store credit.
