Where to Eat at the PDX Airport

Everyone knows the Portland Airport is one of the best. With its extensive restaurant, shopping, and coffee options, being stuck at the Portland International Airport is not always a bad thing! We put together a list of places to eat at the Portland Airport in Concourse C, whether you are looking for a sit-down dinner, or something on the go. Check back for our lists of where to eat in other terminals.

Today, we are covering Concourse C, home to Jetblue, Southwest, American, and Alaska Airlines. Chances you will be in Concourse C are pretty high considering there are 23 gates throughout the concourse. The best part about flying out of Concourse C is the incredible food options! Whether you are delayed and stuck, or just get to the airport early, having extra time in Concourse C is not a bad thing. Here’s a rundown of where to get a bite to eat.

Bambuza

A mix of high-quality, Asian-themed menu items that are full of flavor, healthy, and convenient. Featuring banh mi sandwiches, rice and noodle bowls, and appetizers like fresh spring rolls, Bambuza is a great place to get a quick bite, or if you're in a rush, grab something to eat on the plane! Located in area C7.

Mo’s Seafood & Chowder

Mo’s is an Oregon favorite, especially along the Oregon Coast. Now, you don’t need to drive all the way to the coast to get it, you just need to be flying out of PDX! Mo’s features a quick-service version of its Oregon coast restaurant including fresh seafood and famous chowder. Located in area C7.

Cafe Yumm

Cafe Yumm has been at the forefront of healthy eating since 1997, and you can get your dose of healthy food before an indulgent vacation at Cafe Yumm. Serving rice bowls that accommodate a wide range of dietary needs including omnivore, vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and more! Located in area C7.

Henry’s Tavern

If you have some more time, head to Henry’s Tavern, a Portland favorite. Henry’s has locally targeted food and drink menus, a full bar, and 32 local, regional, and specialty beers on tap! A great option to have a sit-down meal, but they also have a to-go station! Located in area C11

The Country Cat

The Country Cat is in Concourse E, which is the small area at the starting end of Concourse C, so it is definitely easy to get to from Concourse C. The Country Cat is a farm-to-table local restaurant with a full service bar and extensive menu of delicious entrees. The Country Cat is also home to Capers Market, an excellent option if you want to grab something to eat at your gate or on the plane. Get something out of their to-go case (the asian noodle salad with chicken is definitely a must), or a warm entree including sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and more! Located in area E1.

Remember, this list is just a small list of options of where to eat in Concourse C & E. Other options include MOD Pizza, McDonald’s, Potbelly, Laurelhurst Brewing, Stumptown Coffee, and Kenny & Zuke’s! Eating your way through PDX is a delicious task.
